    All previously listed prices are now void; we rent by the month only. A 30% security deoposit must be paid to guarantee any reservation; this will also be used in case of any damage to the property. For bookings of three months or longer, the first and last month’s rent are required up front, along with a $25 booking fee. There is a 15% surcharge for bookings surrounding New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, and Feria de Flores (Flower Festival). Utilities and maintenance are included for monthly bookings, but not for semi-annual or longer bookings. A maintenance fee will be charged at completion of all rentals.
